Turn on VH1.  They are advertising it for tomorrow.  Is this correct?

I saw that as well.

www.vh1.com has the debut the 16th at 12:30PM EST.

i was about to post on this..
how could it be premiering at 12:30 in the morning?! that makes no sense. it also doesn't make sense to advertise 24 hours ahead of time. It's not even on the website...
how do we find this out for sure? i don't want to miss this.

The  "sneak peak" is at 12:30PM, the 16th..so say the website..

I don't think itstommarow, cause they should be airing 100 metal moments reruns

Well, always before, VH1 always airs the BTM early in the morning, then the "premier" is later at night.

So relax everyone, it's not tomorrow, it's in a few weeks ;)

That's what the schedule says, but they ran that banner along the bottom saying it premieres tomorrow at least 5 times tonight.  Probably safe to check it out tomorrow just in case.  I find that on Direct TV at least, the VH1 show sometimes doesn't match what's on the "info" or "guide" function.  Maybe they change the schedule around at the last minute?

Did the thing say "Tomorrow" or "June 16th"?  Cuz unless I've been caught in a time warp (and missed a concert  :nervous: ) tomorrow is June 2nd, not June 16.  ???

It said "Wednesday", but not which Wednesday.  So who knows.... very confusing.

The only knowledge that I have of show advertising is from Nickelodeon  :-[ , but what I expect is you'll see that  banner for a few days, then a few commercials, then about a week before the show you'll see something about it every 3 seconds (like commercials, banners, little popups on the side of the screen) till your sick to death of hearing about it.

I just saw that and it made me re-register (my old email for dsbnh seems to be out of date). I think it's about time, one of the more interesting stories in rock. I remember it being mentioned quite a few times as the new GNR got together.

It's good it's coming along now I feel, because nowadays they do Behind The Music a lot less from what I understand and are doing far better now, probably because of this. Hopefully some new interviews from the band members themselves can be shown as it's interesting either way.

Well I'm glad to see a Gn'R Behind The Music. All the new BTMs VH1 has done this year have ben pop acts. Good to see a rock act (and a kick ass one at that  : ok:) being covered.

The thing that scrolled by on the bottom of the screen said "Wednesday." I think they would have put a date on it if it were a couple Wednesdays from now.

Someone said that it probably isn't going to be on because of the 100 Most Metal Moments, but I think they could have gotten the time wrong, because I know sometimes things come on at central time here, and I live in California. So maybe they will show it at 8, before 100 Most Metal Moments? I don't know. I probably have it all wrong, but I'm still going to check just to make sure.

Did they say pm? Maybe it was to come on in the morning? (If so, I missed it) I don't think so, though. They usually play music videos early in the mornings...

It really blows that izzy and axl arent a part of it.  izzy mostly, i understand why axl wouldnt be a part of it, but why the hell not izzy.  i have already heard a million stories from duff, slash and steven, i want new interviews from izzy.  

it will still be cool though.  i wonder if its going to be one of the 2 hour btm or just the regular 1 hour ones ??? whatever.
