Title: crazy? genius? or laughing stock? Post by: spiderman on May 31, 2004, 10:40:17 AM many people have called rose crazy over the years myself included in fact earlier today i called him crazy. hell, i probably do every other day and im sure most of you guys probably do. however, consider this yeah. chinese democracy is already a legendary album and the motherfucker still hasnt even got a release date! with no news and just a wall of silence the guy could probably be playing games with us. i truly believe that if and when it does come out it could become one of the fasted selling albums of the past decade and the whole world may take notice.... theres a flip side however, if the album realy sucks and velvet revolvers album is a huge success after taking a mere few weeks to record.... lets face it axls gonna become a laughing stock.

He showed in his poetic lyrics, that he is a genius by writing about personal experiences that were honest, simple, and down-to earth. He showed creativity in his entertaining the masses with his infamous "snake dance", that made him one of the best rockers in the world. In my opinion he paved the way to rap music, by that I mean he was the first rocker who wrote about simple down to earth lyrics, who touched the hearts of millions, with a voice that was clear and people could understand it, unlike some rockers that you could hardly understand a word they are saying, either because they aren't clear in their diction or their lyrics are complexed.
