I really don't see the irony either. But Slither kicks ass and this is only the beginning of it topping the charts. As for the alternative thing, Matt was in the Cult which was alternative, Scott was STP and Dave played with Navarro. Anyway the whole alternative thing to me is a dumb way to label music. It's all rock n' roll to me.. Yeah, it's a nice surprise since everytime I turn on Y100 they seem to be playing emo or pop-punk. Especially since they were completely off the countdown for a little while.
