Title: 3 albums vs 1 album Post by: Captain Obvious on April 26, 2004, 11:35:58 PM Forgive me if this was already discussed but I did not see it. I know this question is far from reality and alot of you will say, "Just hope that one album comes out first", but its ok to dream right?
Obviously, many of you know there has been speculation about 3 albums being released. Seeing how there is frequent discussion about the material on Use Your Illusion I and II - the idea one disc as opposed to two would make one of the greatest rock albums, I started wondering the same about CD. What would you rather have? 3 solid albums, with a few hit singles or 1 album with every song being top notch (obviously less songs). Personally, I would prefer on album (14-18 songs) of extraordinary quality, all having potential to be hit singles. I have an album that is basically best of illusions, does anyone own it. Bought it about 5 years ago, i suspect they will proberly do the same with these 3 albums. But back on topic I just want SOMETHING released - 1 album, 5 albums, an album a week for the next 10 years it doesn't matter - just fuckin relaease something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
