Does anybody know where i can get a copy of Pink's version of "welcome to the jungle"? A friend of mine and i would like another excuse to hate her.

you need another excuse? god 4 years ago she was the same as Britney and Christina.  Throw some tattoos on the bitch and let her fuck some motocross biker and Tommy Lee and shes a "Bad Girl"  funny i never see her get into trouble with the law or do anything "bad"  shes the only one that talks about how "bad" she is...  god my ears would burn to hear her sing that song.... maybe if we just ignore her she will go away.... she has no buisness singing a song like Jungle.,... she should stick to "Get this party started" or some of the other shit she didnt write.... I can see right through that bitch...

How is she a has-been? Her videos are rotated daily here on MTV.

But about the cover itself. I think it would be damn near impossible for almost any band to cover Jungle properly. Even harder to do it live as tight as it should be. I did like Pink's version of Aerosmiths Janie's got a gun on the MTV-icon thing. But this.. I'm not so sure she'll be able to pull it off. Would like to hear it though.

I'v been to a Pink concert and heard the cover. She doesn't sing it herself it's just a transition between songs so her band plays the song and the back-up singers sing it.

I really like her covers of "Another Piece Of My Heart" and "Bobby McGee" by Janis Joplin, she has a great voice. Too bad the material she releases herself is really poppy. She has an amazing voice for good rock music; she's up there with Janis and Linda Perry. But she just wants to be a pop star.

I read an article about Pink the other day that said at her wedding, her and her husband danced to 'Patience' as their first song, and then she performed Sweet Child o' Mine, and I quote, "I can do a mean impersonation of Axl Rose!"

   PLEASE someone find the cover.  I've got a 3 hour road trip to the show on May 12th, and this will be the first track played in the car!  I'll tell the guys it's new GNR!!  :hihi:  Seriously...the first song played on the way will be "Sunshine, lollipops and rainbow sprinkles..." the song Ruth Powers puts into the tape deck b4 saying, "Oops, wrong side."  She proceeds to flip the tape to the other side...Welcome to the Jungle rips in!!!  sweeeet.

I think this trumps Sheryl Crow's version of SCOM as worst person to cover a GNR song.

I remember reading a review about Pink's concert, and it was something like "..and then, for god sake, she sang the worst cover version of Gn'R's Welcome To The Jungle.. ever."
