In his last interview (the one where he calls Slash a liar), he sounds really bitter and slightly insane  :nervous:

So if he does speak, it better not be shit.

Hopefully, he doesnt diss VR cuz that'd make him look jealous.  I wonder how he will respond to VR-related questions..

I also wonder if he will "speak" about the Philly no-show incident.  ::)

Ummmmmmmm, where is that interview?  Is it posted anywhere in this site?  Yeah- you're right about that if he says anything neg about VR- people will think that. Ummmmmmm, if I were in his shoes, which I'm not, if it came up, I would wish him the best! Sometimes- its hard to forgive people that have betrayed us, or done something to us, however to move on- the best thing is to let go, or simply ignore! It's so hard though! But you're right, maybe that's why he doesn't want to speak out, who knows!  :peace:

2 things:

-If Rio happens, Axl will speak and will all explain during the show.  maybe the longest Axl speach ever. There is A LOT to tell about. Until Rio....don't expect anything. live your life.
-If Rio doesn't happen, just give-up. it would mean it's over.

Don't expect anything until Rio. Stop loosing your time.

Axl won't speak until it's time to say something. I don't think he's gonna talk about the Greatest Hits since it seems like he was against the idea. I wonder if he wants to promote something that's celebrating the past. Live Era was supposed to be a goodbye to the past and now we got this......

Axl won't speak, because he'd have to talk about the last tour if he did, which he obviously doesn't want to do.

He sounds confident.  He sounds bitter towards his old ex-mates (he calls Slash a liar, and Matt an "albatross").  But he sounds positive about the future.

But now.. after some pretty bad stuff has happened, I wonder if he will show some humility.

umm yes there are.  maybe not as many but i'm sure there are plenty.

I think that this is insane.  Who in the world is just sitting around waiting for CD...doing NOTHING else.  You know, I spend a lot of time at HTGTH (probably as much as any one else does) but I still have a life.  I work, have a home with a husband, and other family and friends.  Maybe people in jail are sitting around waiting on CD because they have nothing else to do, but there definitely aren't PLENTY of people doing nothing but waiting.   ::)

As for Axl coming out and saying something...I don't think he'll say anything until there's actually something to say.  If he seriously doesn't want GH to come out, we may hear something but I wouldn't hold my breath.  Until Mr. Rose has a release date set in stone I really don't want to hear from him.  All the rumors are just too much fun.   :P

I think hard, but ... maybe Kurt Loder get to speak with him. He always get ;D

Talk is cheap...he can yack till he's blue in the face...don't mean a thing.  One thing is for sure, he'll play the victum again and he will take no accoutability for anything that has (or more to point, has not) happened since 2002...if I'm wrong (and I hope I am)...somebody check to see if hell froze over : ok:

im sorta expecting a confirmation for RIR4 within another month or so and greatest hits confirmation around the same time. I think Axl will forsure speak at large at Rio if it is forsure going to take place, CD i pray is the topic he has in mind for Rio. the floored 2002 tour however i high suspect will be avoided entirely...

Rio 4 sounds less than certain because people around here make it sound less than certain. There isn't anything indicating they won't be there, whereas there are thing indicating they will be there. There's more "proof" towards they will be there, but as with anything else GnR - who really knows?

My wager is on them being there.

I dont think it ever was technically certain since since its like 13 weeks away and still no rock solid confirmation from the band eventhough they were the first act to be announced as a headliner. The pure silence factor and no confirmation to me suggests that its a contract obligation more then anything at this point. Dizzy did confirm the performance in the radio interview a few weeks ago but, Dizzy has unfortunately said stuff is in thew orks and never comes through.. :-\

Axl and his GNR cronies will be there and I'm sure that Axl will have a lot to say.


I also think that we will hear some new stuff and that it will kickass. : ok:
