Title: Suggest a song to play. Post by: TheOtherMember on February 16, 2004, 04:41:53 PM I'm playing a double act acoustic set at school in a few weeks - problem: we don't know what to play.
Previously we've played knocking on heavens door, under the bridge, cannonball (Damien Rice), secret smile (semisonic) and a few other songs like that. In that kind of mood, suggest some songs for us to play. Acoustic probably (but not necessarily). Title: Re:Suggest a song to play. Post by: loretian on February 16, 2004, 04:53:12 PM Fuck Her Gently by Tenacious D is a good accoustic song. I'm sure it'll be a hit at your school too. : ok:
Otherwise, Tom Petty's You Wreck Me sounds awesome accoustic, it's easy to learn, and it's got cool, classy lyrics. Title: Re:Suggest a song to play. Post by: Captain P?l on February 16, 2004, 06:40:41 PM why not make a medley? dead flowers and used to love her.... : ok:

I generally don't like his work at all, but I think that's a good song. It's an instrumental played with 2 acoustics if my memory serves me correct.
